Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer service representative to manage customer interactions and resolving issues. To do well in this role the candidate needs to be dedicated to customer satisfaction and finding solutions for exceptional customer experiences

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction - Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Issue Resolution - Highly knowledgeable on products and services offered within the company, in order to process and give the correct resolution
  • Communication & Relationship Building - Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a techinical or repair industry
  • Strong problem- solving abilities
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Comfortable using computers and app such as MS Excel
  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
